STORE #2939 Lakeland KUDDOS for this Popeyes. From Ines-RGM to Newhire Manager Tesha and front counter Jaquariya Johnson were very very nice, full of Hospitality and VERY PROFESSIONAL. More Popeyes need replicas of these Kind of Staff. The food was hot , the smiles were genuine and they are an asset to this Popeyes
Waited 20 min n the drive through, got my food for my kids and myself and the. Drove to the drive in movie and started unpacking just to realize they forgot to give me my chicken of all things, frys in the bag where so cold , i have no idea why they even parked me to give me cold frys and no chicken . Called and spoke to a Brian who was less than helpful. No refund, I could either come back and get my food (leave the drive in movie) or come back the next day and ask some random person working for my meal from the night befor... read more
I ordered one sandwich and had to wait 15 minutes for this sandwich and it was cold. I took it back, and went to get my money back, and the workers were rude. I didn't even get an apology. Only go here to waste your time!
