Today I bought ten pieces of chicken. Since I paid in cash, when the cashier handed me the receipt, I was in the middle of putting my change back into my wallet; so, I casually set the receipt down on the counter. The woman behind the counter glared at me with a look of annoyance. I have no idea why she would be upset over something like that—and to top it off, out of the ten pieces of chicken she gave me, four were chicken breasts. Was she trying to get back at me?
