The girl at the front could care less about my order. I asked her to please make sure it was spicy, and when I went to eat it, it was not. The chicken had been cooked in old grease and was extremely greasy, and I could not eat it. I also tried to go through the drive-through, but they would not take card, only cash.
We ordered the blackened chicken tenders with a side of mashed potatoes and beans and rice. They gave us the wrong order, so we took it back. But then our chicken wasn't blackened. It was just light brown and didn't seem as seasoned as it should have been.
ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!! Service is slow and order will be wrong due to the fact kids are managing other kids and nothing gets done. Whoever owns and operates should definitely see to finding a new GM who will properly manage this establishment DAY and NIGHT bc the service during the day is horrible and the service at night is 10xworse … should be ashamed to call themselves a Popeyes
