Why did i waist my money. Especially being my first time ever going there myself. Been thinking about going all week. Ruin my meal not having and biscuits. And i Love BISCUITS
I came through the drive thru today at 5:50 pm. The female that was taking orders was very disrespectful. I ordered a two piece special for $6. I ask could I have a leg and thigh. She said they couldn't customize the order. I than proceeded to ask" what comes with it. She rudely responded. Saying what ever they give you you have to take it. This women is unprofessional and has no customer service experience. I drove off canceling the entire order which left your business short of 4 orders due to her attitude problem.
Food order was incorrect and not brought out within a reasonable time The guy taking our order did not get our meals down correctly, and the food was not brought out together but separately all 10 minutes apart from each other.
This was such a disappointing experience. I arrived at about 12:35 ordered and didn’t receive my food until 1:02pm My chicken wings were uncooked and at first I did not spot the biscuits I ordered separately which was packaged with the rest of the food. They did not put my honey in the bag either. The chicken was an off yellow and white and soggy. We i asked them for my biscuits they did not believe me and wanted me to bring my bag back inside but ai had already waited 30 minutes for my food and I had to head back to work. $... read more
