50 stars! Great experience! You got to be the dumbest to go to chicken X and pay $20 for some bunk chicken and some ok sweet tea. Popeye’s moist biscuits (not those chicken X dry rolls), their mashed potatoes and essentially that chicken is worth the extra 24 seconds of drive time.
Never going back, I asked for and paid for 4 extra gravies... I got 3 containers with what must be a "gag portion" of gravy. looks like just enough to cover the bottom. I poured 2 of the other gravy containers into the 3rd and it was still not full of gravy. I remember getting 8 ounce containers of extra gravy. These were 4 oz containers with only 1 oz of actual product in each. This just completely disrespects customers as a final act of shrinkflation. I am never going back.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMERS LET CUSTOMERS STAND THERE FOOD TASTES LIKE RUBBER! NO HAND WASHING DON'T CHANGE THEIR GLOVES PROPERLY TOUCH ALL OVER THE HEADSET THEY HAIR SCRATCH THEIR SKIN YUCK! THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK POPEYES CHICKEN!
