Ordered through drive-thru everything was excellent, our chicken was great, red beans and rice were so good.
I pulled up to the drive-thru and was told, “We’ll be with you in a second” no problem, I understand things get busy. But that “second” turned into about 15 minutes of just sitting there before anyone even took my order. When they finally did, I paid and was then told it would be another 10 minutes just to get my food. So now I’m sitting at nearly 25 minutes in a drive-thru for fast food. Absolutely ridiculous.
