Don’t waste your hard earned money on not fresh, horrible food
This Popeyes has DEFINITELY made a turn around! Our past visits have been trash! Long waits, cold and hard food, unpleasant attitudes, etc. We decided to go through the drive thru tonight and we were greeted by this warm and friendly voice. I pulled up to the window and 2 Hispanic women smiled at me, I am not used to that! Our food was FRESH, HOT, and Delish!! Worst Popeyes in Cobb county. They honestly need to shut it down or do a whole new management and staff. Never any fresh food, rude and lazy staff, have to wait in a parking spot for your food even if you’re the only car in the drive thru. And literally today the cashier tells me the drive thru is down and told me to come inside to order, just for him to leave behind the counter and run to Quik Trip, leaving a line full of customers waiting to order and get their food. This Popeyes would never get another dime from me.
Once again worse experience! This location never fails to disappoint you and waste your time and money. Arrived 850, orders 2 piece combo two thighs and a large red beans and rice. Was told there was a 15 minute wait for chicken waited 40 minutes to receive my meal as they serve four different people in front of me, as he serving the car next to me he stops and says I’m sorry ma’am what were you waiting for?
