Always fast and courteous service.
Made a mobile order, went to pick it up, the older African American man had a terrible attitude, of course we were missing an item, went back and the heavy set Caucasian woman had the same terrible attitude. Got home and long behold, my husband didn't get his Cajun fries but they gave him and extra mashed potato instead. Definitely won't be back to this location.
Always gets my order to go rite
I don't know why the staff at Popeyes restaurants deliberately fail to put exactly what I ordered into my meal. I asked for Signature Hot Sauce which is what I usually get as an accompaniment to my fries and chicken but instead, I received a different kind that I don't like.
