The sandwiches were fresh made and delicious. The tenders had clearly been sitting for a while too long and tough. Upsetting because I rarely lean into this craving.
Night shift have Very rude staff, very unprofessional customer service. Management does not de-escalate situations, but watch. The men staff are very aggressive towards women with children. Don’t go here at night terrible atmosphere and service.
20 minute wait for someone to take my order. An hour wait for the food and then they forgot half of my order. Staff that come off as annoyed by your presence. The food didn't taste bad, but i wish I would have recieved all of my order. They forgot my kids apple juice too. Would love a refund for what I didn't get but I doubt I will get it.
First and LAST time at this Popeyes location. No spicy chicken available, so I ordered spicy tenders… except there was absolutely NOTHING spicy about them. I mentioned it to staff and was still told they were spicy. Umm… no. The chicken also didn’t seem fully cooked or was cold and needed longer cook time.
