Popeyes on Kinglands is the worst in the Katy area. I have gone to them and always get bad food(old) Talked to manager Mario he did not seem to care about the complaint. Will never go again
I wish there was less than a star! Worst management EVER. First, the lady taking my order talked over me every time I tried to order(I know what I want and I know the questions you'll ask. If you'll allow the customer to finish their sentence, you may find that they will answer any question you may have!!). Then, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my food at the front of the restraunt. There were no cars behind me, so I asked why.
