The manager kiosha is completely unprofessional. When presented with a question she began ignoring me. The woman with the pretty eyes at the counter was more than helpful and apologized but was ultimately left to stand there and deal with an upset customer. Very dirty place, no condiments or utensils stocked in dining room and employees are adding extra Ingredients to the Mac and cheese. Seems like a lack of management or just poor management all together. As a former food safety manager, I know this place would not pass a random inspection.
This store never has its menu items. Been here twice in the middle of the day and tried to order online for my family.They accepted my order waited the duration of the time, then canceled once the dasher was waiting. wasted 50.59 that I've yet to get back. No filets for sandwiches no shrimp no tenders. The only thing they had they I wanted was fries. Too many options in the general area. Won't waste my time or money at this location. So sad cause I love Popeyes.
Rude workers. Couldn’t even enjoy my food after dealing with them trying to correct a small mishap.
Do Not go to this Popeye's. My first time was disappointed and it took me awhile to go back. On Sunday, I decided I'll give them another try. Regretted! Stay away from this Popeye's. The chicken was over fried, there's no fries, the biscuits wasn't fully baked still doughy, and the service was horrible.
