Store location is permanently closed HOWEVER, you can still order online and it will be a battle with their customer service to get your money back (they asked I show proof of closure which is ridiculous.)
Sign on door says closed permanently since Dec 2. Found out because my online order was taken and paid for - showed up, closed!
This store is permanently closed Food was almost always a wrong and it lost all its customers new management came in and made it great but they had no one ordering I ordered twice in 4 days and they even told me I was their only customer since last they saw me. It sucks because new management clearly fixed the location but another Popeyes is near by and no one went here. For now the app hasn't updated and will take your money for 1/2 businesses days until it's refunded a true shame.
I wish I could give 0 but I have select one star to do the review. Customer service terrible the ai in the app is better then the in person communication. Just close the location the staff doesn’t care and tbh you would think ownership doesn’t care either. Weed baggies and tobacco guts all over the place. If I’m the owner I cut my losses. Just close this location because people come here with there hard earned money and get treated as if its a hassle to do your job.
