I use the mobile app to make an order and when I came up I was welcomed and had to come right up to the window no problem there was Grease and garbage juice strewn all over the parking lot when I arrived at the window they couldn't find my order when I showed them the order on my phone they said oh they were all out of wraps when I like something else I said sure just give me some chicken they said okay we'll bring it right out to you pull up to the pole I sat waiting at that yellow pole for 30 minutes before I swung around ... read more
Great customer service and they had my food ready before I arrive - hot and fresh
If you agree to pull forward in the drive thru, they will let you wait 40 minutes for some chicken tenders. Friendly service though.
