General manager, Jose always goes above and beyond to provide customers with a positive experience. Jose ensures that the establishment is clean. We notice him cleaning inside and even outside. He greets every customer at the door. By far, the best fast food experience and it is ALL because of Jose. He also delegates staff well and treats them with kindness. We know that every time we visit this location, it will be a 10/10 experience. He loves his job and it shows. He deserves a reward for sure! 👏👏👏
I wish I could put 10 stars for Jose's service. He's such a good GM. We love coming there would love to smile he puts on our face. Our food was especially made good last night.
My boyfriend, friend, and I decided to stop for dinner after a movie. It was around 9:15, and the hours on both the door and app said the lobby closes at 10:00. We went inside to order, and the cashier working just stared at us until we ordered. Once we got our food, he started cleaning the lobby, which included mopping the floor by both sets of doors. I would say the Hanover Popeyes is one of the cleanest fast food places I have ever eaten at. You can definitely tell the evening manager there really takes pride in his restaurant and the people that work there. Highly recommend this place! Nice Job*****
