Rude, unprofessional, and very poor hygene. Had to wait for our food. When we got the food, some of the order was completely wrong. Went inside to address the issue and was presented with more negativity, very rude, and very unprofessional. The negativity, very rude, and unprofessionalism came from more than one employee. Will never return to this location. Not to mention the food was thrown into the bag.
This is by far the worst Popeyes in Jax. Whether it’s the food or the service, it’s always something. Employees aren’t held to any standard, the order is always wrong, customer service is as bad as it gets. I recommend going to literally any other Popeyes than this one
