This place is horrible with customer service!! There were 6 employees today, yet I waited in line for 20 minutes and there was still only 1 person ahead of me. They were low on chicken, and was offering pieces in place of what was missing. How can a chicken place be low on chicken during the lunch hour?! Very poor managed location. I hadn't been here in years because of this same issues, and it appears nothing has changed. I gave 2 stars to be nice, there isn't an option for zero stars or I would have given that.
Used the drive-thru and the woman was nice enough but the red beans and rice? The rice wasn't cooked all the way, it was hard. Never again.
Went thru drive thru, good fast service hot food. Good experience. And I had separate orders.
I came in there yesterday and despite everything this is the best Popeyes on this side of town. The whole team does a great job. The General Manager is always in there working hard alongside the team.
