Everything was perfect and hot. Very fast service .
Extremely poor service at this location (1000 East Ridge Rd). I have been waiting for my order for over 40 minutes and not ready yet. My order was clearly visible on the screen, but it was skipped and cleared without being fulfilled. Meanwhile, newer orders were being served while mine was ignored. This is completely unacceptable and very disorganized. Avoid this location if you don't want to waste your time.
I did a mobile order and went to pick up the food and it didn't take that long at all
