I'm not sure how you have a 4☆ rating at this location. My husband convinced me to give your location another try after a very poor (uncooked chicken and missing items) visit I had years ago. I wanted to drive to West Chester for their more consistent 4+ star service and food. Anyway we came here for dinner tonight. The employees behind the counter seemed like it was a bother to serve us. Ordered at 11:20 through the mobile app. I get there 10 minutes later and am told at the speaker that I have to move up to the blue pole because the order isn’t ready. Cool. I wait at the blue pole for 15 minutes. The only customer before or after me pulled up to the window 12 minutes in to my wait and was on their merry way within a minute.
