Service is slow but the food is fresh
Absolutely terrible! The staff moves so slow, they were out of so much, only one type of sauce available for my chicken. Fries were cold. Has to be poor management. Will not be back!!
Most horrible experience! Ordered at 4:30 for 6:30 pickup. Waited until 7:10 for order, that was COMPLETELY WRONG! Called and told them, they said come back to get missing items…RED BEANS AND RICE, and side of extra gravy. Went back and person named Cynthia stated she is the General Manager. OUT OF RED BEANS AND RICE!!!! Also asked why we didn’t bring back wrong chicken!!! Was she going to give it to someone else???? I will never go to this Popeyes again. I placed an order to go inside of the restaurant. The female worker at the counter looked at me and said, "Come here." I am not a child or a puppy.... so my response was to tell her my name...and ask if my order was ready. She repeated "Come here." Rude, Condescending, Disrespectful and Unprofessional.
