The quality at this location has went down terribly. The older lady is great. But the younger staff need to be replaced. Theyre passive aggressive. Give poor service and worse quality food. I drive 20 minutes out the way for this location and it used to be amazing. I dont know what happened. Im far from satisfied with my purchase today. I dont feel well. Love Popeyes but service and quality of food here are always unstable. It happened so many times that we ordered spicy chicken and received non spicy chicken. And the chicken quality is quite bad as 2/3 out of 5 pieces were normally substandard in size.
