Well....first time at this Popeyes and probably the last. That's unfortunate because it's only minutes from my house. Went there a couple weeks ago around 9:30 ish pm. Had a lot of questions and the staff was great at answering them and being patient with me. I was there wanting to try the "hot ones" menu. Their sauce was great and the food was pretty good. One time they made me wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for my food when I went in and told them why is it taking so long they said they forgot I was there and recently I ordered 18 wings and I got home and they only gave me 12 when I went back a few hours later to get the other six wings customer service was horrible
I place two orders of spicy family meals at the drive thru and I received two orders of cold, mild, bland, wings. This Popeyes location in ocoee, lacks attention to detail.
