Waited in line 20 mins, then asked to pull up, no problem but they forgot we were out there. Then another 20 mins. Get home and check the food and it was disgusting. Check the pic of the chicken sandwich.
No pride in there job what so ever. How hard is it to make a chicken6 sandwich or dry some chicken. I've been there a few times and only on time did they finally get the border right. They're just there for a pay check they don't care if the food you ordered and pages your hard earned money fir is right it not. And corporate office does not care about its customers or they're complaints because if they did they would offer to compensate you for what was horribly given to you. Always liked Popeye's but just had a horrible experience on my lunch. I ordered the Cajun fish.🧐 After being asked to pull forward, I set in the back of the store for 10 minutes till someone came out and I asked had I been forgotten. 🤔He said no and went back in, then someone comes and ask what I ordered?! 🙄I finally got it and get back to work to the worst "fried fish" 🤢(I guess that is what that was) imaginable! This store never answers their phone and never have the chicken sandwich which is the reason I even need to call them (to ask if they have the chicken sandwich) I have found two numbers for Conway Popeyes, one beeps as if it’s busy and does this EVERYTIME I call it no matter what day or time and the other number is just silent and never even rings. Guess we will have to go to the Morrilton hwy Popeyes since they answer!

Got to be the worst Popeyes in Jackson. Never had anything but trouble there. Terrible service. Out of chicken or something else stupid. I’ll never go back. Stay away
