I recently visited Popeyes NSB and had a very disappointing experience. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. I observed her handling food without gloves and reaching into the fry bin with her bare hands, which raised serious food safety concerns. Upon entering, I was the only. person near the order counter, so I said in a normal tone "y'all lookin' for me?" Meaning, the only customer in sight. Three full minutes later, the fry cook behind the stack of cooked foods asked: 'sir have you been helped?' No, I said. (the four other 'workers' had been arguing back and forth about some cell phone call.) On Tuesday Popeyes have 2 piece chicken special for $1.99.... good it can help ...but the pieces are so tiny n stale that no one will go back to buy anything from Popeyes....make some changes to attract customers 😜

Friendly staff; I was taken care of right away; My order was hot and correct; the dining area and restroom were very clean; it was too cold in the dining area, but the manager lowered the a.c. for us; We used to love the red beans and rice, but they changed the recipe recently, and it is not very good. That is the only reason that I did not give 5 stars.

It's ridiculous to say, but that manager someone is really going to hurt.She\nVery disrespectful , she fired she fired that rainbow man that was very amazing shaky makes me smile. My grandmother never left that hard ever in life. It's hard to make her laugh and she know the owner of this place. My husband is a lawyer, my grandmother husband. As an Uber Eats driver, this location is extremely slow and very unprofessional. Orders are rarely ready on time, and there is little to no communication from the staff. Many times drivers are left waiting for long periods without any updates, which affects our deliveries and ratings. The attitude from some employees shows a lack of respect for drivers and customers. This location really needs better organization and more professional service.
