The person in the drive thru was very loud and very rude with a nasty attitude for no reason waiting over 30 minutes for my order.
Terrible service, nothing but attitude from behind the counter. Waited 10 min with nobody in line, didnt get a hello , just heard from behind the counter, "They gonna have to wait" as if we were complaining or something all we were doing was standing there politely and patiently waiting and to get all the attitude was BS. Went down the road and took all 4 of us to Chic Fil A where we walked in the door to be greated with WELCOME IN....... BIG DIFFERENCE
We bought two large #1 chicken sandwich combos at the Popeyes in Ruston, LA. The menu, plainly, stated that a biscuit comes with each combo. When we got our food, neither meal had a biscuit, in it, so we drove back around to the speaker. I asked the employee if a biscuit was supposed to come with the large meal, and she said no, even though the menu said it did come with it!!! This will be the last time we eat at any Popeyes!!!
