Very nice crew and respectful
We just landed at O'Hare after a long day of travel and a 2-1/2 ride home to Wisconsin. We made a pit stop at this Popeyes location at 9:58p on a Friday night (closes at 10p). I believe the worker that waited on us was named Lizeth. At any rate, he could've turned away because it appeared that he was all alone making the orders in front of of us as well as our order. The guy was thorough, polite, and our order was perfect and allowed us to jump back onto the highway quickly. Kudos for the OUTSTANDING service!

I like this Popeyes, but I feel that the morning manager has very good attention, they change the staff and it's not so nice, good luck anyway
Absolutely terrible experience at Hoffman States branch. The meal I received was undercooked and completely unacceptable! What made it even worse was the staff. The lady I dealt with was unbelievably rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, she kept arguing and then just ignored me with no solution, no apology, and no replacement. I was left standing there with bad food and zero respect. This kind of service is beyond unacceptable. I will not be coming back.
