The doors were locked despite the hours of operation saying they should be open. No one would let us in. There were people working inside ignoring us.
Terrible service; it takes way too long to get served and receive the food. I wasted 25 minutes when there was only one car ahead of me.
Saturday-order placed at 7:04, food in hand at 7:46. Tenders were hot and juicy, fries cold biscuit marginal. Service was HORRIBLE. After 30 minutes we asked for a refund - the person at the counter didn’t know how to do it, called multiple people for assistance. One advisor (on speaker phone) says I don’t f’n know. Very poorly managed. Grabbing an eight piece houston. should not take 25 minutes to wait in the drive through line.Let alone being prepared at the dinner hour and having enough chicken ready for the rush very poorly managed and attitude as well. Then they give my food to someone else date was August 11th at 630pm. I'll never come back always slow service and I love Popeyes chicken but this place sucks.
One of the best experiences I've had at Popeyes food was hot and fresh. The manager was polite and helpful. Only complaint I had was mashed potatoes seemed lumpy.
