Walked in around 12pm on a weekday, place seemed clean of, brightly lit. Walked into the bathroom when the light came on automatically and about 6 roaches scattered..nope.
I love Popeye's, this place is not a Popeye's. When I went they didn't have half of what I was excited to order, including some basic sides like red beans and rice.
Terrible service and extremely poor communication. When I arrived, the lobby doors were locked with no signage or instructions explaining how customers were supposed to receive service, making it appear that the location was closed. After that confusion, I attempted to use the drive-thru to pick up a DoorDash order and had to drive around multiple times because no one was present at the window.
