I've had this place several times but the last 2 times were horrible. Take tonight for example. I ordered my food on the app right when I pulled up. Last time I got food here (popcorn shrimp) you could tell it wasn't fresh which I believe is their policy with the fried shrimp. They often make a big deal about "dropping it in fresh" which is great. So tonight I very politely asked the guy on the loud speaker if he could make sure it was dropped in fresh. This place is great if you want to wait 30 minutes in the drive through when you are the only car there. They bag up the food so sauce spills everywhere. So happy they get paid $20 an hour now, they totally deserve it. I will never be back. Chick’s 500 is across the street and a local business I’d rather support.
Bad service. Asked about this tiny piece of chicken and the response was “that’s the way they cut their chicken”. Oh well. Good luck.
Refund policy is terrible and always out of food. Good way to lose money and stay hungry.
