I go to this location frequently for lunch, the management has changed recently and you can really tell. Since the change, I noticed that the employees are very polite and helpful, and I always get what I order. There is a young man in there by the name of Immeric (my apologies if I spelled that wrong) who deserves a raise. He always greets me with a smile and is very pleasant, and he has never messed up my order. If you're in hays and you want some delicious chicken, give Popeyesa a try. You won't be disappointed.
The young girl that took my order was honestly the best. The back of the house was extremely loud talking about personal issues and not paying attention to the orders going back. One young man was on his phone being disrespectful to the customers in the lobby. The sweet tea was sour and the drink machine had no ice and flat drinks. The food came out lukewarm.
It’s been about a year since I’ve been to this Popeyes. I’ve been here about a dozen times total. They advertise a shrimp tackle box w/8 pcs of butterfly shrimp. What I got was large popcorn shrimp. Definitely not worth $8.39 ($7.99 plus tax). Every time I order a 3 or 4 piece chicken combo I have to wait 15-20 minutes so they can cook my chicken. The food was great, not busy so quiet at the time, the servers were busy cleaning between shifts and were very nice and checked on us well we be going back. Ya all give your staff some praise. The place was so clean.
I had the classic chicken sandwich combo. When I opened up my sandwich and tooka bite. Now I know what they mean saying, (Love that chicken from Popeyes). Best I ever had. Great job guys.
