Got our order wrong and chicken was dry, small, and cold
Food never disappoints, but the service will frustrate you. The staff is so quick to make you pull up to the unmanned window (even when no one is behind you) then they come and shove the food out of the window and leave before you can check your order. They ALWAYS forget the sauces. Sometimes other parts of your order but ALAAYS the sauces. Then no o e is at the window, so you have to go in to get sauces or the rest of your order. I drove to Berea from Richmond to get Popeyes and was very disappointed. The chicken was dried out and very brown. The rice was hard. Very disappointed.
