Tried to use a coupon and didn’t have the physical version and they wouldn’t help me. Haven’t had this issue before at any other Popeyes, I don’t recommend.

I visited the restaurant on December 31, 2025, to order a family meal with dark and spicy options. The worker informed me that spicy chicken was unavailable, but I could see the chicken behind her. When I asked for wings, the same response came back: we’re out of chicken. I’m puzzled about how chicken is served but not available. The service was rude and unhelpful. I’ve been to the restaurant before, but after today, I won’t be returning.
