I pulled up to the drive-thru and was told, “We’ll be with you in a second” no problem, I understand things get busy. But that “second” turned into about 15 minutes of just sitting there before anyone even took my order. When they finally did, I paid and was then told it would be another 10 minutes just to get my food. So now I’m sitting at nearly 25 minutes in a drive-thru for fast food. Absolutely ridiculous. My food was a joke it was dry small just bad old chicken
Food under cooked bad attitudes manager can't speak good english employees bring their small kids to work coughing and sick with a cold all over the tables in the dinning area playing in the bathrooms no home training! Sister dragging her brother all over the floor it was ridiculous! Manager did nothing said nothing didn't care! Manager argue with customers who want fresh properly cooked food she will sell you old food if you don't go in and watch and they don't do hand washing!
