Just had the absolute worst experience of my life at Popeyes. Showed up at 9:10 pm because Google clearly said they were open until midnight. Door was locked. Floors already mopped. Place looked shut down for the night. Staff told us they were closed. We said we’d call a manager to confirm the hours then suddenly it was “his bad,” they’re open after all. Even tho they were out of one thing I ordered everything else was correct, cooked well and tasted great!!!
Pulled up order a mix family meal told me to pull around they have to cook fries.Ok cool wait on fries get order chicken tasted old and I paid for a mix didn’t get it they gave me what they wanted to on top of it tasting bad. To top it all the fries I pulled around for were cold! May be my last time. No one mind waiting on hot fresh food.
Great service. Clean restroom and tables. Hot and tasty food. I'm glad we stopped by from our road trip. Almost didn't since we were on I20 and this is a few miles away, but super glad we did.
