A 4 year Nightmare It is hard to imagine have a more frustrating experience with an auto body repair shop.... Back in 2007 (that's right 4 years ago!) I got into an accident, it was the other persons fault and so there insurance recommended Pope's to have my work done. Absolutely Horrible Experience My experience there was so bad that I actually filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. It was a very long complaint, but I will try to give you the synopsis.
Truly enjoyed their service. Excellent. I had a Ford Mustang repaired there from a hit and run early 2010. The repairs were exceptionally well done. The color matched perfectly to the original color of the car. Everything was replaced and returned like it was brand new. I found the company personnel extremely attentive and responded to all my concerns. Mr. Pope himself was truly one of the most professional, under the radar, unpretentious people I have ever met. Mr I have lived in Fairfax County since 1981 and have several cars repaired over the years by Popes Auto Body & paint Shop. We have been very pleased by the quality of work, the speed it has been completed and the way they have always worked with our insurance company. Popes Auto Body & Paint Shop is Very good Popes Auto body is an established firm in Fairfax City for over 30 years. The owner of the shop works on site and you receive honest hard work. I have used them many times and always received a good value
Best Auto Shop in Virginia I began coming to Pope's Auto Body years ago and they've always done a wonderful job with my car. I have recommended friends to him and have now brought my children's' cars there. Pope always remembers me and always gives great customer service. They've been in business for a long time and they treat their customers very well. I would recommend taking your car there.
