I am not surprised this place has very low low ratings and everyone is complaining about this place lol I guess I am not the only one. I was referred by Whirlpool to this “ business “The lady that "helped" me on the phone Amy was the most RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, person ever. Her tone of voice and way to talk to me since the beginning of the call was absolutely horrible. The woman who just called to tell me that our repair appointment was going to have to be rescheduled again for 03/16 now, was so rude. All I said was "isn't this the second time the appointment is being reschedule" and she got all snippy with me. She said "Our tech has an emergency, do you want to reschedule or not!" I asked why she was speaking to me this way and she said I didn't seem to care about her tech having an emergency and then she told me that my appointment was cancelled and hung up on me.
