Adrianna is an outstanding massage therapist at Pope Fitness. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I brought my teen athlete, who had never had a massage before, and Adrianna immediately put her at ease. She took the time to fully explain the process, answered all our questions, and made her feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. Do NOT get a membership with this gym! I have never experienced such predatory company! I froze my membership for a month or so. Al was good. And then shortafter I cancelled the membership completely. When I came to pay the outstanding payment for the period when I froze the membership (which was about $10 or so), they started telling me some stories that they can freeze the membership only maximum for one month and since I did not use the membership longer than one month, I needed to pay for all that time a regular price. I cannot say how nice this gym is. A good amount of the gyms around have all these flashy perks that are never used. EB Fitness obviously decided to skip that and invest in a huge area (waiting for equipment is the worst), more specific gym equipment than I have ever seen at any gym (a ton of Hammer Strength and free weights) and it is unbelievably clean.
