Mrs. Cindy, and Shane are the most amazing people ever!!! Our boat broke down in their parking lot on the evening of July 6. As soon as they came in the next morning they got to work fixing everything. Shane had the entire axle and everything fixed and ready to go in less than thirty minutes. They are the kindest most efficient place to go for your automotive needs. We are from out of town but they made us feel like family. Thank you so much Pope Davis Tire and Automotive. Especially Mrs. Cindy and Shane!
Told to bring vehicle in this morning. When I arrived I was told I could wait 2 hours or come back at 3:30. That was at 7:55am! It's 4:30, have been here since 3:20 no tire yet. At 4:40 the woman behind the counter asked if I would like an alignment. How long should it take to change 1 tire?
Awesome Service. Janelle was able to find me tires at a price I was comfortable with. She went beyond by explaining the differences in tires, and found me the right tires.. She continued to check in on me while they were working on my car and brought me to the car to explain what they were suggesting. The mechanic was also really good at explaining it as well. Will be back.
Worst tire company that I have dealt with in 20 years. Damaged vehicle while in their facility and will not repair the damage. If you care about your car DO NOT take it to Pope Davis
My car broke down July 4th traveling from Florida to NC across the street from Pope Davis. I called Murphy's Towing and they helped me get my car next door into their parking lot. He got me their phone number and I called them first thing the next morning. Pope Davis staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were very busy but worked me in so that I could get back on the road. I would highly recommend.
don't even think about it. It is the worst in all of the 50 States.
