Bought a truck from Ketterhagen, and a patch of rust was on the quarter panel. Ketterhagen graciously had it fixed by Pope's, and the paint job was so bad, Ketterhagen had to send it back to get it redone, before I ever saw it. Second time, It looked fine, but there was overspray all over my windshield, rear window, front bumper, front driver's quarter panel, and hood.
