Horrible they says pet friendly but they charge a arm and leg and make sure to check youre breed isn't restricted..we didn't even have a thermostat on our heater for almost most of the winter...they are very rude when you need help...at least to us they were i just want evreyone to know what there getting into! I'm my personal opinion you don't get much for the price...
