It's not often when you get to work with an attorney that doesn't make you feel taken advantage of. Mr. Edgar is straightforward and honest with his legal counsel as well as his fees, him and his team were always prompt communicating with me as well as actually doing all the legalities and paperwork. I reached out for a couple legal questions. The research I did was more extensive than what was mentioned and the advice I received while sound did not address the reason for my call. I felt that he was dismissive and not professional. The attorney hung up on me before the call was even completed. I would give a 0 star rating if it was an option.
I had a very disappointing and negative experience with Wayne. Not only did he display poor listening and comprehension skills, often missing key points I was trying to make, but he also came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking in empathy. He seemed to question my credibility, acting doubtful and suspicious of my statements—totally unprofessional and disrespectful.
