I had a very unprofessional interaction on the phone with Wayne Edgar. As I am looking at previous reviews, it seems like once you have agreed to pay him he will handle your needs and be just as nice as can be and those reviews seem genuine and that is great, but the reviews I am seeing about potential clients or legal advice or information they all seem to say the same thing, unprofessional, not courteous, shallow and rude. We had an extremely unpleasant interaction last week that left me deeply frustrated. I approached Wayne with seeking support, but instead was met with dismissiveness and ridicule. From the outset, he questioned my integrity and made it seem as though he was advocating for the opposing party. His behavior was deeply disheartening, disappointing, demotivating, cruel, contemptous, and mean. He ruined my entire day. I would never go back to him.
I spoke with Wayne Edgar about a real estate matter and he was very courteous and prompt. I sent him the information he asked for and he got back to me the same day with an answer.
