PopupPicnic was hands down one of the most memorable moments of her 29th birthday! Twenty fineee!! Stephanie and her team were so easy to deal with and very professional. From reaching out to coordinate days (VERY responsive, which is something I appreciate and take note of when working with a business), to the set-up/decor. The whole experience was amazing. I can’t stress enough how awesome my event was with pop up picnic. Not only was it a seamless experience but an unforgettable event for my friends and I! Their attentiveness to our needs and the beautiful details they worked so hard to accomplish was unexplainable. They truly took all the stress away with planning our event and we couldn’t be more grateful. Can’t wait to use them for our next event and especially in the cities they accommodate!

I’ve worked with Pop Up Picnic for 2 events - one was a picnic for our book club during cherry blossom peak season in Central Park and one was a holiday party at a private event space. Both events were setup beautifully and professionally. Stephanie was great at communicating and executing my vision for both events perfectly. I planned a surprise bubble picnic for my partner's birthday and it was amazing! Reserving a time was super easy and I was able to select a preferred color for the decorations. The bubble tent was great because it was a little bit cold out still and there was a heater inside to keep us warm. Absolutely love Pop Up Picnic! Stephanie and her team are amazing and truly go above and beyond to make every picnic special. They've done a few set ups for us and each one has exceeded expectations. They are communicative, punctual and super detail-oriented. High recommend!
