I hope you have time to read about all the issues I had with Pop Up Health. My wound Is slowly healing, and all nurses that show up are pleasant people 1) TIME - My service window is 10:00 to 2:00. 1) My window for services is 10 to 2. Why do you then arrive at 330pm? Does Pop Up Health expect clients to stay home all day? No phone call or text to advise of the delay. 2) My dressings often come loose, and I must fix them myself. It isn’t easy to do so. Once, it fell off while I was getting ready for the day 3) The nurses recently arrived, and they didn’t have the required dressings or other items. 4) some nurses lack skills in wound dressing. 5) Recently, the dressing started coming off after 1.5 hours, and it should l... read more
