GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've just started ordering from PopSF, and it has been WONDERFUL! The gentlemen Rich who has been helping me is super responsive and helpful with all of my questions and orders! The deliveries they send through UPS as well as their own delivery service have been flawless and so quick! This is the first time I ordered my most favorite Qualatex brand balloons online recently. But, it's a bit pricey though. I'm amazed that they still carry most of my favorite sizes such as 260q's (snake-like), 350q's (hot doggy) & 646q's (giant hot doggy) balloons (all jewel tones) in stock. Mmmm, yummy. Awesome!♥️😛🎈 Too bad the Pioneer Balloon Company discontinued the jewel tone colors early this year 2023 & they no longer making them anymore because they don't sell well. The successor to SF Party Supply. A great new spot for balloons and concessions and supplies. Almost got lost looking for their store front. But as soon as I came in I was shocked by how friendly everyone was. Unfortunately they did not have all the balloons I needed but that was to be expected as no other suppliers across the nation had complete stock of balloons either.
