The individuals at Pop Rv are totally unprofessional. I'm specifically calling out Andy Baker and Caleb Grassi. Andy prompted me to apply for a loan through Rock Solid Funding (their partner) without ever calling or speaking with me personally. I received a computer rejection in less than 5 minutes after submitting the application. No human being ever looked at my application. Very unfortunate experience with my sales Rep Ralph Palmisano. All i did was ask that he remove my email from the email distribution list and i got several nasty replies. Many other platforms to sell your RV.
You will pay more...a lot more POPRVs make a large commission by connecting sellers with buyers using the same sites and methods that an independent seller could use without their assistance. They work very hard to get you to sign a contract to purchase the RV sight unseen. They also offer their own financing options. I came with my own bank's financing and refused to sign a contract before I saw the RV. I listed my Motorhome with Pop RV because I liked that I was able keep my RV at my location so I didn't need to worry about security.. John my rep contacted me very promptly and took pictures and it was listed quickly on all the RV websites. It took awhile for it to sell but when it did the sale went very quickly and smoothly thanks to the closing department Tracie Roberts and the others involved.
