I was appalled by the prices of the decorations… the balloons were reasonable but for materials that look like they should be $1 they were all $9-$15. I did purchase helium number balloons for 2026 and wanted them to read vertical but they told me they had to stick them together side by side because the ribbon was pre cut? So I walked out with a huge bundle that would barely fit in my car and they all came unstuck anyways. I had to redo them and also adjust the ribbon length. The last few times I’ve gone there the 2 girls are either on their phones or in a deep conversation and if you ask them a question they seem extremely bothered. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was highly disappointed after leaving the orchard park Pop Party store. I had purchased foil balloons from etsy and brought them there to get them filled. I was excited that they actually filled balloons that weren't purchased there (you have to sign a waiver though), but to my dismay the staff memeber filling the balloons intentionally popped them. I watched her fill them until they were completely full and crinkling at the seems, and then she kept filling them another 2 sec until they popped! I believe she should have ad... read more

We LOVED the balloons for our son’s 2nd party! They were top tier & added so much to our party for a really good price! We ordered 36 ballons (3 per each table - 12 tables total) the customer service when I ordered was great too!
