Great little place. Phenomenal customer service. The young ladies here were absolutely awesome with every customer.
I was highly disappointed after leaving the orchard park Pop Party store. I had purchased foil balloons from etsy and brought them there to get them filled. I was excited that they actually filled balloons that weren't purchased there (you have to sign a waiver though), but to my dismay the staff memeber filling the balloons intentionally popped them. We LOVED the balloons for our son’s 2nd party! They were top tier & added so much to our party for a really good price! We ordered 36 ballons (3 per each table - 12 tables total) the customer service when I ordered was great too!
They never answer the phone! You call it goes to voicemail you try to call again cause you need to ask a question and they take it off the hook so it just rings and rings
The $10 balloon I bought was leaking helium. We didn’t expose it to anything sharp and took it immediately home. I found the hole, which I didn’t cause. Since the balloons are in bags, I assume it’s just cheap foil balloon quality but I expect more for $10. I miss PartyCity!! Responding to your response: a working mother doesn’t have time to go back.
