WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Paid $19 for wash, tunnel was closed. Asked for refund. Bill called and said no refund per policy but I could get my wash later. I had tried to go back but couldn’t, so I called to ask if there was any way that I can get a refund b/c I would not be in that area for a long time. He said no per policy. He was just doing his job and that was fine up to that point.
