This has been going on for a month! Owners and upper management need to address this! The current manager Rachel has been just neglecting this building and it’s sad! More people keep moving out. I don’t blame them and I’m next.
Currently stuck at a restaurant because the parking garage door (that I pay $150 a month for) that’s been broken for over a month is finally getting fixed. It was supposed to be done at 2, now at 6pm they are still working on it and is not accessible. Like always, zero communication from management that it is taking longer than expected. Couldn’t wait to move out in a few days, and this is just the cherry on top!
Honestly, I’m so sorry to have rented in this building, at first they give you the attention but when you pay they forget about you if you have doubts they simply never answer you, apart from the manager lies to you saying that she applies a discount for each month and lies it wasn’t like that she lied to me I don’t use the discount for each month, and to pay $1390 for the studio I was paying $1450 plus everything they charge you, it really bothers me so much that they are like this your messages never answer how sad this la... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled a virtual tour for 9am today and was given a link to join the video conference. I sat on the video conference line for 10 minutes and no one joined. After calling the apartment a handful of times I finally got a response and they were unaware of the video conference and they had no one on-site to give me a tour (I got both a confirmation email and link to join the video conference sent to me). Also-- inaccurate parking pricing on boutique apartments website for POP Denver.
