I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place, and I am a current tenant. My most honest recommendation is that you don’t make the mistake of moving here. Here are the primary reasons why: The property management for this apartment complex is truly horrible. They consistently look the other way when issues arrive and refuse to do simple things that other apartment complexes do to ensure the safety of their tenants and tenants’ personal property, such as installing security cameras. Im at a loss for words. I have lived here since July and there have been a multitude of issues and i have given them the benefit of the doubt. But for the last 2 months my internet has been going in and out incessantly, at least 5 times a day, everyday. I called the building and they said it was an xfinity issue I have been in a battle with them for 2 months and cant get in contact with the building at all. Update: I called security that was listed on the front doors and they don’t service POP nor have in a while. Huge security lapse here. Also have a homeless person living by a generator even fenced up. All the reviews above 2 stars are fake. Either people asked to bring up the rating or who doesn’t live here. I went and looked at each. If this place could get a zero it would. Good luck anyone who doesn’t read these. In the last 10 reviews they’re at a 1.5 average. Wild for $2500 apartments

This place is having google hide bad reviews and LYING in their comments back because they know folks can’t reply. THERE IS NO SECURITY AT THIS PLACE. Not overnight not ever. This is a pure lie and can be proven, I live here and not a single security officer has been here since our power went off in December and that was only for that. They are making false claims here and should be reported to 311 for it. They have some many 311 claims against them.
