We moved here about 6 months ago and experienced many of the same issues initially as just about everyone else in the reviews, which is a shame because we like being in the area and the units themselves are solid. Since Cross Street took over, Zach (new Property Manager) and Jason (Maintenance) have really turned things around in such a short time. This apartment complex has really turned around. Now under new management frequent concerns are finally being solved for with speed. Zach the new property manager has implemented many changes increasing the safety and community. I have also worked with our new maintenance manager Jason who addressed my maintenance requests right away with a high level of skill and professionalism. I've been a resident here for a little over a year, and overall I really love the units and the location. When I first moved in, Zellis was managing the property, and as many reviews mention, it was honestly a nightmare. Zach and team have done in awesome job so far over the month my husband and I have been here. They’ve been responsive, they’ve even brought packages up to our door and they are very friendly. My husband and I definitely see us here for a while.
I have lived at Pop Denver for almost 10 months. I was very disappointed in the prior management folks until this new management staff took over just about a month ago. Zach and Jason have done more for this complex in a month than the prior staff did in 6-9 months. Zach always either answers your calls or returns them and emails quickly.
