We were there in late February, the car wash ripped the windshield wiper arm from our car. When we let Perry, the manager know about it, he said he would order the part and fix it himself. After a month of unanswered emails, I finally heard back from the owner, Matt, who was a profusely apologetic . This car wash has been getting worse by the month and I am currently a monthly member. Two days in a row I got frustrated at a line that wasn't moving and drove away. Today I got in quickly but they were out of soap and wax. Only about half of the vacuums work on average. My membership is ending!
I have two issues with Pop car wash. - Automated plate readers frequently don’t work. - Most of the vacuums either have VERY little suction or don’t work at all. This issue is the primary reason why I gave Pop Car Wash 1 star. I’ll change my rating if these issues get corrected in the future. 3/11/25 - Updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Plate readers now work for the most part. Vacuums are still a hit or miss.
