I’ve been a member here for only a month, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is terrible. During my visit today for a car wash, one of the employees yelled at me without any reason and made racist remarks loud enough for me to hear. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated. To make matters worse, the car wash itself doesn’t even do a good job cleaning the vehicle. DO NOT GO THERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & BROKEN SYSTEMS! I went there this morning to redeem a referral coupon.......yes previously referred people there......and their machine process of how to enter coupons changed because of an update which was not listed on the entry screen or on the coupon, the host website was down so the coupon bar code and number would not show so could not redeem inside the office, and the customer service guy said that I was the first with using a coupon so could not do anything.
