I was very disappointed with my experience at Pop Beauty in Elmont poor selection and the owner was not helpful, and the workers did not seem interested in assisting me either. It honestly felt like they did not want the sale. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else where the staff is pleasant, welcoming and actually willing to help customers. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately that was missing during my visit.
Went there at 640pm on a Sunday and they were closed.

This is my go to beauty supply store in NYC. I come here with my mom often to get her wigs, they have a large variety. I love their press on nails options. They have a massive selection of beauty products. Super love the manager. She’s always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond.
