The sales associates have no idea what they’re doing. they’re either not familiar with the product or they act as if they don’t speak english. The hours mean nothing because if they close at 8:30 however you have to be by 8:10 or they won’t let you in. They ignore you until you get frustrated and walk away. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go somewhere else that actually respects their customer. I tried to purchase nail polish that was listed as $2.99. I went to the register to pay for it, and the man rang it up at $4.49. I told him that it was listed as $2.99 and showed him where. He quickly grabs his label maker and changes it to $4.99, IN FRONT OF ME! I tell him that he must honor the price, since this is his mistake and since it was listed as $2.99. Always clean, organized, very polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff and great selection of products, everything exactly where a staff member says it should be, brightly lit store, plus very competitive prices, especially on items like tweezers, hair clippers and a variety of hair treatments.
