I had a great experience with Alex, the bike fitter at the shop. I had purchased the bike at the sister shop, pop a wheelie, down the street. He provided expert advice and pros/cons of specific geometry alterations, along with the fitting, as well as other considerations and options. Hope to the continued success of the shop and that they retain great talent. This is an awesome bike shop - sensational service and range of bike products. Needed a new back tire and these guys were able to do the work right away. A coffee and scone later, job done.

We brought our son's bike in to Pop a Wheelie for a chain issue. They ended up doing a much more extensive tune up to the bike to address other things we didn't realize needed to be fixed and they didn't even charge us for it. They were so quick, friendly, and easy to work with. We really appreciated the help and would recommend them for any type of bike assistance!
