Just bought a gravel bike from David. He was responsive, pointed me to the right size, explained my pedal options, didn't try to oversell and was very service-oriented. This experience stands out to me as the type of experience all stores should aspire to provide. It didn't hurt that Pop A Wheelie also had the best price (even against direct-to-consumer brands)! Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
Bought a BMC commuter hybrid bike online from Pop A Wheelie and just picked it up. The process was really smooth and David was really easy to communicate with - responded quickly, super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Also bought a new helmet and bell - they have a great selection and the customer service was top notch. Pop A Wheelie is one of those stores that makes you wish Google gave you the option of adding a sixth star out of five.
