Had a flat in High Park and came here. After dealing with the service and experiencing the interaction with another customer I can see that they put service and customer needs before the almighty dollar. Would definitely recommend this store. And here's a random picture of my bike, just because.

Bought a BMC Alpenchallenge 3 from them. Found I was too stretched out on the bike. David gladly made adjustments, including a shorter handle bar stem. Now it's perfect! Thank you David. You run a great store-not just selling bikes, but ensuring that your customers are happy post purchase by helping with a proper fit! Definitely recommend David's shop to anyone in the market for a new bike. Plus they sell BMCs!!
Excellent service. Brought my bike in for service they were able to complete earlier than expected and no surprises. Staff were excellent and bikes rides nice and smooth.
