Had the pleasure of working with Pop A Wheelie/Wheels of Bloor recently on a gravel bike. It was a great experience and Alex and David were fantastic to work with. Their philosophy of going above and beyond was evident and I'll be singing their praises to anyone who asks about my new wheels.
Unreal service! Order the bike last night at 8pm. Was emailed at 8am today asking if he could arrange a delivery mid-day. Receiver the bike ready to ride in less than 24hrs. David from Popawheelie provided unreal customer service and I’m super happy with my fat bike purchase and who I bought it from!
Bought the Kickr Bike Pro and David delivered it himself to my place in Ottawa. Wonderful customer service 👏
Brought my bike in for service they were able to complete earlier than expected and no surprises. Bike operates well but keep having issues with the back brakes (disk brakes). They did adjust again when asked to reviews again
I had a great experience with the team , very helpful informative and helped me pick the gravel bike that best suited me for an upcoming adventure. Highly recommend to check out if your in the market for a new bike or some gear .
