Rick came quickly when the lock of our double front door was damaged badly. Our doors wouldn’t even close. He replaced our lock -in the rain- and saved us a lot of stress about not being able to close the front door overnight. This was a huge relief as a mom with kiddos, pets and during a huge rainstorm.
