I had my front door rekeyed by this company, but within a week the lock stopped working properly. I tried contacting them for warranty service, but they never responded. Very poor after-service support.
My car wouldn’t start, and I needed quick help. The technician came promptly, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed it efficiently. It turned out to be a battery issue, and he not only fixed it but also gave me helpful advice for the future. He was professional, courteous, and right on time. Excellent service, I truly appreciate it!
My husband locked his keys in his car and we ended up going with Pop a Lock to help us, and we are SO glad we did! Rich came out to help us and truly went above and beyond. 10/10 experience, he was an incredibly nice person and really saved the day.
