Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. Completely unethical and untruthful from start to finish. Finish was 48 hours before closing- claiming one of the sellers (of which he was one and failed to disclose) had a change of heart and could not wait 24 hours to close while our lender finished paperwork. Avoid doing business with this individual, Evergreen Properties and Datis Construction, and any of his overseas and local cohorts in any capacity.
Pooyan is very warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgable about real estate. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell their home.

When it came time for me to purchase my own house I selected pooyan As my realtor without considering others. The process was very smooth and he was very helpful .
