I cannot recommend Pooyan highly enough! From start to finish, he made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. His honesty, efficiency, and calm demeanor truly stood out. He was always positive, kept things moving quickly, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. Completely unethical and untruthful from start to finish. Finish was 48 hours before closing- claiming one of the sellers (of which he was one and failed to disclose) had a change of heart and could not wait 24 hours to close while our lender finished paperwork. Avoid doing business with this individual, Evergreen Properties and Datis Construction, and any of his overseas and local cohorts in any capacity.
Pooyan is very warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgable about real estate. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell their home.
I work with pooyan as loan officer on several deals. His clients always talked to me about how great their experience is in working with pooyan on both purchasing real estate and renovation. When it came time for me to purchase my own house I selected pooyan As my realtor without considering others. The process was very smooth and he was very helpful .
Pooyan helped me with both finding my home and renovating it. I am very happy with my both 1) choice of home in terms of location and the layout that I wanted and 2) the renovation. He was very professional and honest throughout the whole process. Generally I am very busy with my study and work; he and his group made the job going very smooth without causing me any extra burden. I would recommend him and his group to anyone who needs to buy a house and does renovation.
