We got to try their pork mac and cheese as well as the brisket mac and cheese when they came out to Founder's Park. I knew it was going to be amazing even after the first bite. Both meats were tender and very flavorful. The mac and cheese is thick like I like and the bbq sauce was sweet, not vinegary. Owner is very friendly. Would absolutely recommend trying them out. My plan is to eventually try everything on their menu.
The food is delicious and the people are amazing as well! I'm super glad I went. The Pooter Chips and the Pooter Mac were definitely some of my favorite. Can't wait to get more! 100% suggest.
