Dr. Rao and staff are very encouraging, listen to questions and take their time.
Horrible people. Dr. Rao And everybody else in that office has an attitude that cannot be explained. I would say they Feel entitled, or they are better than anybody else. Anything I mentioned or suggested as the patient was denied or they tried to talk me out . Nobody there seem to listen to what I had to say, and my treatment as well as blood sugars and diabetes in general got worse. Please do not go to this doctor. She did not read pcp chart, was rude to my daughter who was the patient and she bad mouthed our pcp. Avoid her!
